   Assisted with creation of new \"Initiatives Benefits Realization\" team, which is responsible for project and labor tracking, infrastructure for service requests across the enterprise (intake for vendor management, compliance, etc.), project and user governance and reporting. In this highly collaborative role I have many responsibilities, with enterprise-wide partnerships, including:•Adobe Workfront System Administration: Collect and maintaining project information, governance of labor data and reporting to senior leaders and management. Maintain licenses, create accounts, and close tickets. Utilize Workfront Fusion to automate basic processes.•Drive adoption of Workfront to collect labor data. This includes meetings with senior leaders, creating training materials, developing communication, and creating reports.• Create request process for groups to receive and track requests in Workfront (including vendor management, lending, compliance, etc.). •Utilize my Tableau Author Certification to create and maintain dashboards.•Financial Risk Assessment•Core team member to move Adobe Workfront project/labor data into the enterprise data warehouse. Defined the scope, API research, extensive testing (including basic queries in snowflake), identifying issues, etc. This data is used for Executive, Manager and end-user consumption of project and labor hours information. Learned very basic snowflake query knowledge to test data as the owner/SME.
