About Denise Chattams

I have over fifteen years of experience as an educator working with youth from pre-k to at-risk-youth in an education setting. I have experience leading and planning and developing project from conception through deployment of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Grant over six years of experience working directly; executing the expected outcomes. I have worked as a lead administrator supporting a diverse population of youth in their school districts and communities for over ten years’, and currently manage the database of more than forty-egiht hundrend children and families. I can efficiently analyze business data and identify errors for corrections. I have a distinct ability to communicate effectively as a team player, and a community liaison with simplicity and understanding. I have successfully managed and worked well in small groups and a team leader. I have the ability to be detail oriented without losing sight of the big picture. I am able to pick up new skills and learn new technologies quickly.
