Currently on a side-ways move to deal exclusively with the property management and leasing side for NSS, dealing with all property events and Landlord matters. Also engaged in the Target Operating Model project for National Boards. Substantive role: A professional head of function for Hard FM and Estates practicing in a highly demanding and expanding mixed office/healthcare/pharmaceutical style manufacturing environment across 21 sites within Scotland. Combining 17 years of experience in property and asset management, lease work, dilapidations, extensions, rates reviews, landlord and tenant relationships and contractor appointment and management with my extensive and diverse management and administrative experience, I bring a quality approach to my current role. Superior customer relations ability and skill in refurbishment, PPM, reactive and new build works, combined with budget management and lifecycle ability, ensures my skills are easily transferable across sectors. Establishing business continuity for FM and ensuring our corporate governance role compliments my skills set and made me the first choice to lead for FM on the NPD project(circa 38M) to build the SNBTS National Centre which is now up and running.
