Denise\'s comprehensive business and operational management comes from a career forged during several roles created specifically for her by business leaders who recognised the impact her potential and skills would make to their start up or scaling businesses.Denise is skilled in the management of both public and private sector tenders having overseen the successful submission of large and complex bids in NI, ROI and UK market in the fields of Construction, Civil Engineering, Fibre, EV Charging, Subsea Cabling, and creative design.In recent years Denise has navigated bids during tough economic periods to secure wins such as the PQQ stage of the £20m Project Stratum, project award of The FASTER Project, and many framework qualifications for organisations such as Siemens, IONITY, Tesla, SSE, OZEV, ZEVI, as well as a plethora of multi million pound construction and civil building and maintenance contracts.In addition to bid management and bid writing, Denise’s most recent roles have played to her talent of delivering multiple responsibilities within a single role, extending to office management, marketing, social media management, brand development, web content composition, HR coordination & recruitment and PA duties to several CEOs.Denise has a passion for helping businesses succeed and scale.
