Utilize issue-tracking software to document, queue/prioritize and resolve issues. • Lead offshore Business Analysts in the creation of Functional Specifications, Change Request, testing documentation, and other supporting documentation for the project. Train resources on testing and configuration issues. Hold bi-weekly meetings and maintain status of project. Escalate issues to move project forward. • Work collaboratively with various teams on new product development and releases. • Provide training, project documentation, and knowledge transfer for both external clients and internal customer support teams. • Mentor/train new team members, as needed.
