ABOUT DENISA SILVANA BORDAS

I am a Mental Health Coach and MSc candidate in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London, currently serving as President of the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience Student Association (KCL IoPPN SA).My academic journey is complemented by advanced training in Neuroscience from Harvard University and an apprenticeship in Data Science with Multiverse, allowing me to approach mental health through both scientific and analytical lenses.I hold a First-Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from London Metropolitan University, where my research focused on the immunosurgical therapy of head and neck cancer sarcoma. This foundation has shaped my evidence-based, holistic approach to mental health and performance.Alongside academia, I have developed a dynamic professional portfolio working with high-profile clients and global brands, including Formula 1, Google, Meta, Shopify, and Nike. I have also contributed to the delivery of major national events such as Queen Elizabeth II’s wake and King Charles coronation.Through these experiences, I have cultivated strong skills in communication, leadership, team management, and high-performance environments. I thrive under pressure, bring a solution-oriented mindset, and lead with integrity, resilience, and adaptability.As a Mental Health Coach, I am passionate about supporting individuals in achieving mental clarity, emotional resilience, and peak performance. I am particularly interested in applying mental health and performance strategies within elite, high-pressure industries.Driven by continuous growth and purpose, I am committed to making a meaningful impact—both within my professional work and in the wider community.
