AUG. 2005 TO JUNE 2007: AEROSPACE DESIGN ENGINEER AT LATÉCOÈRE SERVICES (TOULOUSE IN FRANCE)>PASSENGER DOORS ON BOEING 787 AIRCRAFT PROJECTDesign leader in charge of studies and definition of the composite PAX doors of the B787 -Responsible for the Engineering deliverables on doors - structure & mechanisms – within time & quality-Team management, 30 people. Skills follow-up in relevant organization-Preparation and presentation of the progress review meetings including risks management and schedule-Finalization of studies on composite parts (skin, beam, frame…) and mechanisms-Realization and check of the definition dossier of the doors - full 3D (MBD) for simple part and assembly-Realization of the dimensional analysis in accordance with production requirement (mechanical assembly)-MRB activities for the first set of manufactured doors.MARCH 2004 TO JULY 2005: AEROSPACE DESIGN ENGINEER AT LATECIS (SEATTLE IN USA)PASSENGER DOORS ON BOEING 787 AIRCRAFT PROJECT-Participation of the join definition phase (15 months) in the Boeing design office in Seattle (USA)-Management of the design team in charge of the composite structure of the doors-Realization of the definition dossier of the prototype door for installation on full barrel-Focal point for bonding, grounding and protection aspects on composite door-Participation in methods and process workshop with Boeing team (the aim of these workshop was to define the rule to work in Enovia PDM).MARCH 2001 TO FEB 2004: AEROSPACE PROJECT MANAGER AT BEAT SYSTEMS MECHANICAL INSTALLATION ON AIRBUS A380 PAX AIRCRAFT PROJECT:Project manager responsible for the Engineering deliverables on systems installation – -Team management, 50 people. Skills follow-up in relevant organization-Ensure Customer satisfaction-Preparation and presentation of the progress review meetings to the customer including risks management and schedule.
