As Venture Manager for the Energy Stream at the Creative Destruction Lab-Rockies (CDL-Rockies), I am passionate about empowering early-stage technology ventures to scale and succeed. I work at the intersection of innovation, energy transition, and entrepreneurial mentorship. What I Do- Manage a portfolio of cutting-edge energy transition startups, supporting their journey from ideation to seed-stage financing and beyond- Collaborate with global experts; Fellows, Associates, and investors to provide strategic guidance and unlock opportunities for growth- Build and foster relationships across the CDL network, including alumni, university labs, and industry associations. What Drives Me:With a background in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and years of leadership experience, I most engaged in dynamic environments where strategic thinking and operational expertise converge. I am committed to making meaningful change in the energy sector by supporting ventures that address global challenges and pioneer sustainable solutions.
