I was selected to join the UK’s first GenAI Academy, an immersive programme designed to develop future AI Adoption Managers and Consultants. Over the course of the Accelerator, I have been gaining hands-on experience in AI fundamentals, Responsible AI, Microsoft Copilot, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Alongside the technical skills, the programme has introduced me to consulting practices, business analysis, communication skills, and change management strategies to support AI adoption. This combination of training and real-world application is equipping me with the tools to help organisations integrate AI solutions effectively, manage transformation, and deliver measurable impact in the constantly evolving field of AI.
