Metro Walls employs a full-time Safety Director who has instituted a strategic safety plan which includes educating and training employees beyond what is OSHA regulated to include establishing new safety measures like; Zero Accident Program, New Hire Safety Orientation Program, Crane Signal and Rigging training, CPR training, and the company recently installed an automated external defibrillator (AED) at its Manchester headquarters. Metro Walls is a strong supporter of the Associated Builders and Contractors Association of NH/VT and Massachusetts along with ABC’s Young Professionals Association of NH/VT.
