Senior Corporate Finance professional with over 8 years of international experience spanning audit, group accounting, M&A, capital markets, investor relations, treasury, and both external and internal financial and sustainability reporting for key strategic stakeholders, including shareholders, banks, executive management, and supervisory boards.My background includes more than 4 years at the Big 4 (PwC / EY), where I led audit teams of up to 10 professionals on multibillion-euro clients, managed highly complex engagements with annual revenues exceeding €1m, and delivered both audit and financial/accounting advisory services under IFRS, German GAAP (HGB), and US GAAP.
