ABOUT DENIS J GALLAGHER
As a life long entrepreneur and communicator I have worked, built and developed many businesses. Started by buying my brother’s paper route in 1962 at age 8, my first acquisition. Since then I\'ve located, negotiated, closed, arranged funding and integrated well over 250+ businesses in different industries. From transportation (bus, trucking, aviation) to entertainment (tour buses, music and talk show on PBS/ABC, tv series ABC and feature films), to new technology for data and power with various infrastructure & energy groups, plus FinTech and healthcare. I have been CEO and Chairman of a public co I founded on TSX in 2004 and later listed on the NASDAQ which grew 15% a year for 20 years and paid an annual 7.5% dividend. Currently I am Advisor to several private and public companies. I work along side Founders, Board Members, CEO’s, investors, shareholders, bankers and employees to install good governance practices, establish discipline in organizations and create a culture of caring.Excellent reputation and experience with US, Canadian and International banks and lending institutions. Led over 15+ public offerings for equity, and public debt. Worked closely with French National Govt (7 yrs) and Quebec Govt Pension Fund (20 yrs) as my two largest shareholders. Diversified shareholders from over 15 countries. Started Bold Capital Group, LLC in 2018 which provides investment and Advisory Services.
