Europe\'s building sector needs to be climate neutral by 2045. How can we live climate neutral?By innovating energy consultancy, streamlining processes, using AI for subsidies programs and thus creating energy measures that make economic sense. But furthermore we have to debureaucratize the way of consultancy. We need more workforce for heatpump installation and renovation companies.With a background in physical and digital product management, development, and product design, I focus on building customer-centric products through evidence-based research, including user interviews and data analysis. I aim to lead value-driven product teams, research, and innovation for relevant purposes. I collaborate with C-level executives, stakeholders, and consulting agencies to shape company strategy and vision, facilitating workshops to align interdisciplinary teams around clear product roadmaps. I enjoy breaking down complex challenges, fostering agile team collaboration, and maintaining a strong focus on both business and customer value. It is essential for me to work for a company whose vision focuses on addressing ecological challenges and driving sustainable solutions.
