Regional Operation Manager Ottawa/Quebec/ AtlanticMore to come soonBCR specialist applies processes and technical standards in conducting asset assessments for the purpose of identifying asset condition and deficiencies.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Applies knowledge of building condition assessment processes and technical standards in conducting asset assessments, annual building inspections and other specialized asset assessments• Identifies and evaluates building architectural, HVAC, Life & Safety and electrical system condition and life cycle and expectancies, component and systems conditions and deficiencies• Completes asset assessment condition reports utilizing asset assessment management software Provides recommendations and cost estimates for projects, components and systems repair or replacement. Other duties as assigned Prepare written Building Condition Report with photos, analysis and repair recommendations.
