I have over 20 years of rich and diverse executive coaching experience working with international clients, with particular experience in financial services, technology, consulting, automotive and pharma. However, I have coached executives in most sectors and within most functions, including Oxford Executive MBA students. With a STEM background, I am comfortable working with STEM leaders or within STEM related organizations. I have a doctorate centred on coaching and applied neuroscience, as well as authoring the book, ”A field guide for managers: Bringing out the best in people\". In my earlier career I worked in a variety of director-level operational roles for Mars Inc. More recently, I completed an interim change lead assignment, within the Defence sector, for a divisional transformation project. Additionally, I have 10 years’ experience of working at MD-level with a global financial consultancy, through an expansive leadership development and coaching programme for 300+ EALA MDs.Clients say that I have a true depth of knowledge, an insightful understanding of people, and that the encouragingly thought-provoking environment I create enables them to openly and honestly reflect. Therefore, they learn a lot about themselves, the situation, and pragmatic options for action. I specialise in client’s whose behaviours and attitudes impact their performance or self-belief and that of others. I also coach leaders on the nuances of executive presence, navigating change and managing challenging relationships. As an eclectic coach, with an understanding of applied neuroscience, I draw upon various approaches to enable clients to make realistic, sustainable changes.
