From revitalizing underperforming initiatives to generating multimillion-dollar revenue, I’ve led with vision and delivered with success, even when the path wasn’t perfect. I’ve learned through experience, adapted along the way, and come out stronger and more collaborative because of it.Now, I’m channeling that experience into something new: a mission-driven initiative focused on expanding access to careers in the ocean economy.I believe in the power of early awareness, strategic collaboration, and inclusive workforce development to create real opportunity, especially for people who haven’t yet been told these careers exist or that they’re within reach.
