About Denice Tokunaga

I am a real estate partner in Seyfarth’s Seattle office and work with developers, public and private companies, and government entities to grow and scale their domestic and international real estate portfolios through purchases and sales, and leasing. I also work with US-based clients to support their growth internationally, overseeing and negotiating the acquisition, leasing, and development of build-to-suit and market refurbish projects. While I work with clients across industries, I have a particular focus on representing e-commerce companies in industrial leasing, including fulfillment, distribution, data center, last mile, and other industrial uses. In addition to my active real estate practice, I am the co-managing partner of Seyfarth’s Seattle office (officially opened in July 2020) and lead the Seattle Real Estate team.
