I lead on the strategic planning for student facing engagement services at the students’ Union, working closely with managers and the CEO to create the strategy and guide teams towards best practise through data analysis and reflection. Areas within my responsibility include the advice service, the representation and democracy services, the sports and clubs programmes. I also ensure compliance with government regulation through being the PREVENT, Freedom of Speech, and Data Compliance Officer for the institution.
