About Deni Tato
People are more central to a business’s growth and profitability than structure, strategy or technology. They can also be a lot harder to understand. I coach, train, reinforce and support companies and their leaders to adopt more conscious business practices. Consciousness is a higher level of emotional intelligence.The Enneagram, a personality typing system, is foundational to my services as an executive coach, corporate trainer and life strategist. A core principle of the Enneagram is that we have three centers of intelligence: head, body, and heart. My work focuses on building leadership from the heart center by identifying and understanding a person\'s core motivation, which is critical to long-term sustainable change in behavior. Heart-based leaders invest in people emotionally and inspire them. They help their team members understand their personal superpowers and challenges, as well as the people they work with.
