Serves as the Compliance Officer, Quality Officer, Privacy Officer, and Safety Officer for the Agency. Secondary functions include serving as the ADA Coordinator and Language Access Coordinator for the Agency and oversight of the virtual project management office (PMO). Reports to the CEO and the Audit & Compliance and Performance & Quality Improvement Committees of the Board of Trustees.Key Projects and Responsibilities:Serve as an administrative officer of the Agency and as a dedicated quality & compliance management resource for all functional areas while overseeing the Agency\'s virtual PMO.Manage the Incident Reporting System and incident review process. Reconstitute a cross-departmental risk prevention & management meeting to ensure consistent responses to acute clinical incidents and to provide support and guidance to our front-line social workers and case managers.Develop, deploy, and manage an Agency approval matrix to facilitate decision making. Oversee the launch, testing, and management of the Agency\'s instance of a generative artificial intelligence (AI) model. Coordinate the completion of an IT risk recovery RAIL for the Agency based on deliverables identified by an external risk assessment and penetration test. Creation or revision of key organizational policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Business Continuity Plan, Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan, Document Control Procedure, Safety Manual, and the Client Rights & Responsibilities document. Lead the cross-functional development of a business continuity planning and disaster recovery infrastructure. Conduct regular risk assessments and internal HIPAA privacy audits.
