About Denali Murnan

I played professional soccer across Europe for five seasons. Navigating new countries, languages, and cultures from the Baltics to the Mediterranean. This incredible opportunity allowed me to live out my dreams while also teaching me lessons and skills that I\'ll be able to carry with me for the rest of my life. Health, fitness, and wellness have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and my career as an athlete helped me hone these passions. As I worked through my own injuries, surgeries, and health struggles I realized that being able to help other people through that adversity is something that I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing. I\'m deeply invested in every facet of wellness from athletic performance and strength training to nutrition and gut health.I\'m currently working through the CSCS program, was heavily involved in the strength and conditioning program for both Division 1 sports I participated in collegiately, and am working to further my education at a naturopathic school this spring. My desire to continue learning coupled with my real world experience at some of the highest levels of women\'s soccer give me a great foundation to build off of and I believe I have all of the right qualities to not only add value to a team but also connect with clients and make a difference in their lives. I would love an opportunity to join a team and work with clients to help them on their journey.
