   In this role, I\'m responsible for performing financial analysis and preparing underwriting documents to support complex, multimillion-dollar credit requests. Such requests include obtaining initial approval for new credit exposure (e.g. revolving credit facilities, term loans, lease, FX products, derivative products, and other ancillary products.) and amendments to existing exposure. Additional responsibilities include ongoing credit monitoring for a portfolio of middle market clients, reviewing legal documentation, and assisting product partners in cross-selling additional bank products for clients generating $10MM+ in annual gross revenue (no revenue cap). Other essential job responsibilities include:• Gather and analyze all relevant financial data for client or prospect credit request, including analyzing historical performance, modeling future financial performance, calculating credit metrics, identifying risks and mitigants, and assessing overall credit worthiness. • Manage the approval process for lending commitments, amendments, waivers, and consents, including making recommendations to Credit Executives. • Assist Relationship Managers with pre-approval memos and structuring transactions, as needed.• Manage the credit and compliance servicing functions of the portfolio, including reviewing quarterly financial performance for consistency and/or trends, covenant compliance, and on-going quarterly risk grade assessments. • Collaborate with internal counsel, outside counsel, and the internal loan documentation group to negotiate and finalize loan documentation. • Assist with client management by establishing a rapport with clients\' C-suite, becoming a second point of contact and attending client/bank meetings; including on-site visits to understand and monitor business conditions.• Provide guidance and feedback to Analysts and Associates.
