Dena Atkins,GRI has specialized in luxury condominiums for primary, secondary and vacation homes for the majority of her career. She began the real estate business generating sales for a local real estate development company that focused on waterfront luxury projects and has had the privilege to be on property from design to completion at some prestigious properties in Jacksonville Beach. Dena treats her customers with the professionalism and warmth you would expect from both an expert and a friend in the business, this has resulted in much of her business as repeat and referral customers. Her customers rely on her intimate knowledge of the beaches real estate market and her keen sense of value as well as her solution oriented approach. Dena and her team have established a presence in the Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra beaches area market and assist customers throughout the state of Florida. She also maintains professional relationships that enable her to do business throughout the United States. Dena has a unique perspective on oceanfront real estate as she owns investment property at the beach and is a longtime beaches resident.
