ABOUT DENA S.
Previously, as Head of Professional Services, Dena was responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships and delivering software solutions to Cohesic clients. She managed client accounts, communications, and overall customer satisfaction.Dena was also the Executive Director of InterGen Canada, where she designed and implemented a mentorship and advisory services collaboration platform that supports Calgary-based entrepreneurs. She\'s also worked extensively with health services researchers, clinicians and software developers to design and implement outpatient modules for managing and treating patients with heart disease in Alberta. In addition to having been an educator and business owner, Dena has led and supported IT project teams in Alberta\'s upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.
