I am the executive director and owner of Triangle Cognitive Therapy, a practice that offers services to teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families who are looking for help with various mental health and relationship issues, with a focus on offering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I\'m an experienced clinician skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and have extensive experience in delivering individual, group, and family therapy both in clinics and in schools. I have also developed and presented to middle/high school and college students on various health topics such as substance abuse issues, stress management, healthy decisions, and dating violence.
