Conducted qualitative research using a variety of methods: heuristic analysis (focus on accessibility), competitor analysis, in-depth interviews, literature reviews, diary studies, content analysis, and service blueprints. Developed and maintained a research repository for work across the team and with research-focused colleagues within the organization. Wrote and edited reports for my own research as well as the assisting the team with their report work.Co-developed design principles for the team\'s mission and vision in conversation with the larger organizational mission. Created miscellaneous documentation for creating storytelling-based research reports and informed consent for participants in our study.
