Lead the development and execution of a cross-portfolio external engagement strategy targeting prioritized HCPs and organizations, ensuring alignment with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial stakeholders-Identify, build and sustain strategic relationships with KOLs, patient advocacy groups and HCPs to advance scientific exchange and external collaboration -Identify and engage key patient advocacy groups, developing partnership opportunities that align with company objectives and patient-centric initiatives -Gather, synthesize and communicate key scientific and clinical insights on disease trends, treatment gaps, and external feedback to inform product development, lifecycle management, and pipeline strategy across various psychiatric conditions -Oversee planning and execution of KOL engagement initiatives including 1:1 scientific exchange, advisory boards, and thought leader mapping to support portfolio strategy, launch readiness and life cycle management strategies -Identify and prioritize key congresses aligned with strategic imperatives across therapeutic areas including ADHD, schizophrenia, pain, dermatology, AUD, and women’s health -Represent Medical Affairs at national and regional conferences through competitive intelligence gathering, scientific poster presentations, KOL 1:1 engagements, product theaters, and booth support. Provide comprehensive post-conference executive summaries with strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders -Collaborate with Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs teams on scientific documents, including contribution to the pre-IND briefing document for FDA submission -Develop, plan, and moderate advisory board meetings to gather expert input on clinical unmet needs, real-world treatment challenges, and future innovation opportunities -Created a centralized KOL engagement tracker for enhanced engagement documentation
