As General Counsel and Ethics Officer at North Texas Tollway Authority since 2015, Dena has overseen the legal affairs of the NTTA during a period of vast growth and change in the transportation infrastructure of North Texas. She then attended Southern Methodist University School of Law, during which time she attended Oxford University for Comparative International Law and spent a visiting semester at The University of Texas School of Law.
