I really enjoy work that involves the employee experience - including recruiting and onboarding, training, and growth and development. In a world where retaining top talent has become one of employers’ top priorities, the employee lifecycle is something that needs constant care and attention. Throughout this lifecycle, issues will arise, changes will occur, the working landscape will shift, but showing up for the employee and making them the best version of themselves is how we, as HR professionals, can make a difference.
