I am a community strategist, mental health advocate, and creative consultant committed to reshaping how we approach wellness, belonging, and impact within underserved communities.Currently, I serve as the Director of Strategic Partnership and Community Engagement with The BRO Foundation and the Lead Director for BeWell.org, where I focus on strengthening partnerships that drive access to mental health resources and elevate community-led solutions. My work is grounded in a commitment to culturally relevant mental health practices, informed by my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).In addition to my nonprofit leadership, I am the Founder of Freedform Creative Consulting, a boutique consultancy that works with organizations, creatives, and community leaders to design strategies that center people, purpose, and impact. Through Freedform, I help clients navigate community engagement, brand storytelling, and partnership development with authenticity and clarity.Whether through advocacy, strategic partnerships, or creative consulting, my work bridges the gap between mental health, public engagement, and systemic change always rooted in the belief that healing and visibility are essential to how we build stronger communities.
