I partner with executive leadership teams to improve how their organizations operate as complexity increases. My work focuses on organizational effectiveness—helping leaders translate strategy into clear priorities, aligned teams, and operating rhythms that drive consistent execution.I began my career in finance and operations, and over the past decade in software, I’ve worked closely with CEOs, COOs, and CPOs/CHROs to help organizations evolve how they operate. This often includes clarifying strategy, implementing execution frameworks, and aligning leaders and teams when early-stage or outdated ways of working begin to strain.At its best, organizational effectiveness becomes a core business discipline. It requires discernment—knowing when structure will unlock execution and when restraint will produce better outcomes. Much of my work involves diagnosing where organizational friction exists and partnering with leaders to introduce the clarity, systems, and accountability needed to move the business forward.I’m most effective in environments where complexity is increasing and leaders need a trusted partner to turn ambiguity into clarity and execution.

   following acquisition of Venafi)• Partnered with executive leadership to stand up and operationalize the Machine Identity Security business unit following acquisition, bringing structure and clarity to strategy, priorities, and execution.• Worked closely with BU leadership to define mission, strategic objectives, and operating cadence, translating leadership intent into actionable plans, initiatives, and milestones.• Implemented execution frameworks (including OKRs and planning rhythms) to align leaders and teams across functions and improve focus, accountability, and follow-through.• Designed a business-unit operating model that balanced the needs of a newly formed organization with the constraints and rhythms of a larger public company environment.• Provided connective leadership across strategy, operations, and leadership systems, helping the organization operate effectively amid ambiguity and ongoing change.• Supported enterprise-level initiatives beyond the business unit, contributing operating discipline and coordination to complex, cross-functional efforts.
