I have experience in quoting and estimating cycle times for aerospace components for high volume production on Acme Gridley multi spindle screw machines. I have hands on knowledge of Acme Gridleys with a deep understanding of AN, AS, MS & NAS aerospace standard fittings along with customer drawn proprietary fittings by McDonnell Douglas / Boeing ST7MI am skilled in analyzing part geometry & trigonometry, material requirements, cycle times, tooling costs, and setup efficiencies.I am also experienced in managing and understanding aerospace metal finishing processes that meet the aerospace industry specifications and customer specifications. I bring hands on experience coordinating and collaborating with outside processors who perform Anodizing, Cadmium Plating, Passivation, IVD, Dry Lube, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection & Silver Plating.
