With over 20 years of work experience, I am a skilled recruiter with expertise in full-cycle recruitment. I joined the American Institutes for Research (AIR) in 2022, after working for IMPAQ International, which was acquired by AIR. I share AIR\'s vision of creating a better, more equitable world through rigorous and relevant research and technical assistance. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in organizational communication and speak Turkish fluently. As a recruiter at AIR, I manage talent acquisition for various research projects and programs. I collaborate with project managers, hiring managers, and HR staff to identify and attract qualified candidates who can contribute to AIR\'s mission and values. I use various sourcing strategies, such as college recruiting, referrals, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards, to reach out to potential candidates. I also conduct screening interviews, coordinate with hiring teams, and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.
