ABOUT ANNALISA DE MARTINO

If you have a challenge, I\'ll take it: I\'m a problem solver! With a background education in Mathematics, life took me on a rollercoaster of experiences. After working for 10 years in the visual media and digital marketing industry as a full time senior audio engineer and music composer, I have turned my career around and have been working as frontend developer for past few years. I have an eagerness to learn, grow and experiment, I can\'t stand still! 🧠 Coding lets me combine my mathematical thinking, my creative side and my soft skills like team management, fast learning, independent working and problem solving. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 The human side of the job environment is essential to me. I am a certified Life & Corporate Coach (Scuola di Coaching Umanistico by Luca Stanchieri) who believes work is about results and satisfaction, not control. I love visual art and I have helped many artists and companies bring their mission and brand into the NFT world, using Adobe After Effects to create 3D representations of their vision. Music and audio are still a huge part of my life. I train students and professionals to use digital tools to create music and edit sound. In 2021 my masterclass \"Music coding with EarSketch\" was funded by Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR) and included in their European project \"Meet & Code\", a program that has the mission of bringing coding into public schools. I am very passionate about technology and how it will shape our future (also: I\'m a game nerd). I\'m based in Italy, but connect with clients and friends all around the world. My current dev skills: React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, react-hook-form, react-queries, graphql, axios, HTML5, CSS3, Jest testing, jQuery, OOP, RESTful API, Node.js, Express, EJS, SQL, NOSQL, MongoDB, Mongoose, Bootstrap, MVC, CI/CD, agile methodologies, full stack web development.
