Provides strategic direction, leadership, and project governance for a $183M program, which successfully supportes over 20k+ DHA personnel in an effort to promote and improve clinical effectiveness, risk management, patient and public involvement, staff management, audit, and education and training.Performs duties of a senior financial program manager in the Agency’s Budget Execution Division, assisting in the management and development of appropriate internal financial controls regarding the apportionment, allotment, obligation, and expenditures of the Agency’s $183M administrative budget.Directly responsible for coordinating and developing the long and short range financial plans of the Agency’s management and oversight costs, ensuring that adequate funds are secured to meet the Agency’s administrative obligations while supporting its widely diversified objectives. These costs may include, but are not limited to, funding salaries and benefits, travel, ICASS services, and other contractual services provided to the Agency.
