Achieve sales goals, as determined by the Brand, in assigned stores throughout my territory in NYC Metro. I deliver brand training, education strategies, and schedule & execute weekly retail events to drive sales and brand engagement. In partnership with the Senior Manager, create a customized field strategy to achieve sales and any additional KPIs within my territory Integrate selling skills, services, and additional company initiatives in all brand trainings, which include in-store sales & education visits, retail events, internal/external brand marketing, on-site activations, and digital formats. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Sephora Beauty Advisors, Store management, District Managers, Regional Directors, and all stakeholders. Effectively manage the monthly T&E and events budget as well as all expenditures. Provide consistent feedback on training sessions, materials, and agendas. In addition, maintain a strong partnership with senior leadership and merchants to share in-store opportunities that directly impact brand sales. Partner with store leadership for proper merchandising and visual placement of product in-store that drives higher consumer brand engagement. Create digital and video content for Sephora Employee trainings Analyze sales reports and leverage company supported tools, resources, and platforms to determine business needs. Develop the product knowledge, customer service, and selling skills of Sephora employees through in person and virtual trainings. A 2023 Sephora Talent Incubator Program (STIP) cohort graduate A structured mentoring and coaching program inclusive of underrepresented talent of color. This program is designed to build the next generation of culturally competent and diverse leaders Plan, execute and effectively track results for all retail events conducted within my service territory.
