ABOUT DEMARCUS MCMILLAN
I am the principal at Kramer Middle School in Washington, DC. I studied education at Tuskegee University, Alabama State University and Howard University respectively. I have contributed to educational research while in graduate school. The most significant contribution to the field is my work in qualitative studies surrounding educational policy influences on mass incarceration of Black men. I am a member of the Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society, Phi Delta Kappa, Golden Key Honor Society and was named Phenomenal Man of the Year by the BIIM organization for my excellence in education. I am also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, INC where I serve on the education committee in the Mu Lambda chapter of Washington, DC.
