I have been with Community Health Choice for over 17 years and have worked in various areas of health plan operations including Quality, Compliance, Credentialing, Special Needs Populations, Delegation Oversight and currently Accreditation and Regulatory Complaints. My most recent adventure at Community Health Choice includes overseeing regulatory complaints for Members and Providers. What a great way to identify opportunities for improvement within the organization! I enjoy new product or program implementations including onboarding new vendors; staff training and conducting successful reviews for regulators. During my tenure at Community Health Choice, I have coordinated and guided the organization through successful URAC Health Plan accreditation for both Medicaid/CHIP and the Health Insurance Marketplace. 2020 will be an exciting year as we pursue reaccreditation.
