Our department exists to carry out the 3rd part of the mission purpose statement of In N Out Burger, to make our communities stronger, safer and better places to live! We do this through our 2 non-profit foundations, the In N Our Burger Foundation, and the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation. Through these foundations, we provide grants to front line service providers, as well as advocacy and awareness programs. Additionally, our Community Impact team creates volunteer opportunities, resources our communities through multiple programs, and supports our stores to provide financially in times of disaster or need.Our department is comprised of 6 teams:* In N Out Burger foundation* Slave 2 Nothing foundation* Charitable Events * Development & Fundraising * Community Impact * Project Management, Communication & IS management 100% of the money raised through our efforts goes to the organizations we provide grants to, with In N Our Burger generously underwriting all associated costs.
