ABOUT DELPHINE LACAZE

Professor of HRM at Aix-Marseille University, Delphine LACAZE is Editor-in-chief of the review @GRH, the official review of the French academic association AGRH. DL is also the Director of the Master in Human Resources Management at IAE Aix-Marseille University. DL conducts research programs on organizational behavior and managerial innovation. DL applies the results of her research for graduate and executive education. Certified coach, DL has an approach centered on the development of leadership skills and team cohesion and effectiveness in ever more versatile and competitive environments. With the ComProfiles Institute, DL recently designed a career assessment tool which she implements for career coaching. DL has built methodologies to manage newcomers’ on-boarding and applies her tools for companies such as Accor, Auchan, Thales and Société Générale. DL is the author of reference books on organizational behavior (De Boeck), the integration of new employees in CAC 40 companies (Dunod), intergenerational cohesion (Studyrama) and more than 80 international scientific publications or communications.With 25 years of experience in connection with the HR of large groups but also as a leader within the university, DL puts her skills at the disposal of managers in the achievement of their professional objectives.
