The Chief Impact and Learning Officer (CILO) develops organizational capacity to innovate, and increase social impact. I provide executive level collaborative direction, support, and thought leadership in advancing the agency’s goal of fostering thriving families by dismantling the root causes of poverty and racial inequity to effect systemic change. I oversee the design and maintenance of COTS data collection, performance processes, and internal evaluation efforts. The CILO also supervises the agency\'s direct services teams, and engagement framework directors (Passport/PTS Engagement, Children’s Services, Emergency Shelter, Supportive Housing). The CILO operationalizes the organizational strategy, and guides organizational learning.
