Holds functional authority for all operations of the Credit Union. Provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the credit union has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place to effectively provide service delivery to the members and ensures that service delivery systems and teams are consistent and effective. Responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company and assists the CEO in the aggressive and successful growth of the company by ensuring that the duties and responsibilities assigned to all leaders are carried out in an effective, systematic, and cost-effective manner that will assure maximum member service and satisfaction.
