About Delmer Jones
As a strategy-driven innovator and business builder, I bring experience at the intersection of consulting, entrepreneurship, and brand development. I’ve helped Fortune 500 clients drive innovation and growth, led strategic transformations at Accenture, and built my own brand consulting firm focused on empowering emerging fashion businesses.At Accenture, I developed go-to-market strategies, led multi-million-dollar business cases, and helped major retail clients modernize operations through technology and customer-centric solutions. My work has spanned industries from retail to tech, blending cross-functional leadership with a bias for action.Outside of consulting, I launched Black Circle, a creative consulting platform that helps brands develop their identity, grow digital presence, and scale with intention. Through this venture, I’ve helped brands build community, drive visibility, and turn creative ideas into impact.Now, I’m excited to take the next step in my journey as an MBA candidate at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business (Class of 2027), where I’ll be focusing on marketing and strategy. My mission remains the same: to build brands, drive innovation, and uplift communities through strategic thinking and purpose-driven work.
