   Lead grant reporting, compliance, and financial analysis across a national workforce development organization with multi-site operations and complex federal, state, and philanthropic funding streams. • Manage financial reporting and compliance for multi-year federal grants (USDOL) multi-state, and major philanthropic funders (Ballmer Group, NBA Foundation, Truist, Robin Hood). • Prepare and submit ETA-9130s, financial narratives, drawdown justifications, and audit-ready support in compliance with 2 CFR 200 and funder-specific requirements. • Build and maintain cost allocation, FTE distribution, and cost-per-participant models to support accurate reporting and strategic decision-making. • Oversee sub-awardee fiscal monitoring, including invoice review, budget vs. actual analysis, and site visit assessments. • Translate complex financial data into clear insights for program leadership, executives, and external stakeholders—ensuring transparency, accountability, and funding sustainability. • Partner cross-functionally with program, operations, and leadership teams to improve systems, documentation, and internal controls.
