As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter, I screen and qualify candidates based on pre-determined criteria, maintaining accurate recruitment records and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process. I manage internal transfers, collaborate with hiring managers for efficient recruitment, and work with the onboarding team to ensure seamless transitions. • Build the recruitment process, from the ground up.• Screen and qualify candidates based on pre-determined requirements.• Hired 40 people, in the first 6 months of being hired.• Build and maintain recruitment records, including interview notes and related paperwork.• Provide timely feedback and status updates to candidates, guiding them through the process and delivering employment offers.• Lower the time to fill by 50% within the first 6 months of being hired.• Collaborate with the onboarding team for seamless transitions from offer to start date and coach hiring managers on hiring practices.• Develop a pool of qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques and research new recruiting sources.• Negotiate offers, close candidates, and develop recruiting materials such as written and visual content for job postings.• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a candidate pipeline, and network through industry contacts.• Maintain accurate reporting metrics and assist with ad hoc projects as needed within the scope of the position.
