Coordinates many departmental activities which include but not limited to.educational needs for the department, orientation of new employees, auditing of activities, researching different projects, assisted with the build for departments EPIC content, which has evolved into the Case mgmt. module. Overseeing indigent emergency funding for discharge patients needs. Act as a resource for staff to investigate all resources available for patients while still in a bed as well as discharge needs. Resource for other departments with the many compliance issues we face today. I work with vendors that Interact with staff in the department, to insure information is shared as well as sponsoring the vendors access to hospital and epic link.org system. Since March 2015 an EPIC credential trainer.
