Making the move from executive coach to author.Nowadays I am in a phase of transition! Yes, I still coach senior people but more and more of my time is about books. Whether that is writing them, publishing them or selling them. Our family has been publishing local and family history books for over 20 years and since the death of my grandfather I have taken over the custodianship of this enterprise, SynJon Books. It\'s no surprise that I became an author, after all my grandparents and my aunt have published numerous titles between them.
