Run consolidated uploaded files for EMX, Stocktrade, Allfunds and Calastone in Sonata• Check upload successful and investigate error messages/rejections• Run outstanding report and manually source trades from EMX, Stocktrade, Allfunds and Calastone Portal• Input and verify trades in Sonata• Report all previous day Equity trades to FCA• Process/Approve BACS, CHAPS and International payments in Bankline• Investigate Fund Manager queries relating to return of payment, missing subscription payments• Check Sonata verifying queue cleared. All manual trades confirmed and verified• Unconfirmed trades investigated/chased with Fund Manager• Investigate and resolve any old Events and raise new Events. Ensure the timely event reporting of breaches and incidents and identification and implementation of preventative measures when issues arise.• Run trading instructions for Deal Sheets and Stocktrade• Input trade instructions to Stocktrade website• Investigate rejected orders and send email instructions to Fund Managers to manually place• Identify and suggest process improvements and drive through to implementation• Participate in daily huddles and lead on these in team managers absence• Assist in the clearance of transactional-related stock and cash breaks• Leads on facilitates the overseeing and completion of all trading runs• Involvement in production of MI in team and working with team manager to ensure trends and learning are understood and improvement plans put in place as appropriate• Ensure up-to-date written procedures and controls for existing and new business are in place and reviewed as per schedule• Anticipates and responds to request and deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors• Investigating and responding to queries from Fund Managers and Stockbrokers
