Glass City Academy is a dropout prevention and recovery school. The mission of the Glass City Academy is to provide a second chance for young adults to complete high school, learn readily marketable work skills, and explore post-secondary training option. In my current role, I have played a pivotal role in establishing HR frameworks, crafting comprehensive training plans, reducing turnover rates, recruiting and selecting candidates who’s values align with ours (Teachers, Administration, ect.) formulating a 5-year strategic plan, and ensuring adherence to governmental regulations and internal protocols.
