Conducted E2E business audits for ICG Markets and Securities Services (MSS) Global Spread Products (GSP); areas covered included Citi Community Capital, Public Finance and Syndicate, Commercial Real Estate, Emerging Markets Credit Trading, etc. Led quarterly Continuous Audit (CA) initiative, which led to a threefold increase of control coverage in 2020. Led quarterly Business Monitoring reviews and finalized summary reports. Trained team members on new and enhanced Audit 360 Dashboard tools. Onboarded new team members. Recipient of the Team Player Award in June 2020.
